Transparency moment:

The two initial drivers behind my hunger for success were:

1. The fear of disappointing the people who had high expectations of me and invested much into me

2. The fear of not reaching my potential

These pushed me HARD to succeed as fast as I could.
These are no longer my main drivers behind reaching "success."

What changed?

I realized that having a "why" formed around fear was coming from a place of insecurity.

No matter how successful I become, if I'm not secure, I'll never feel fulfilled.

Let me explain.
Achieving success *for the sake of others* or living life dictated *by the opinion of others* is no way to live.

If this is my "why"

I will never achieve fulfillment.

My self-worth is given to me by others.

If this is you,

Something needs to change.

You will be miserable.
First understand that nobody can dictate how much YOU feel like you're worth.

It's your life.

This is not an excuse for you to be a bum because "nobody should tell you how to live."

This is me telling you that you have potential...

You just need to cut the noise.
Find your purpose.

Once you find purpose for your life (e.g. providing for your family or reaching financial freedom)

Go hard.

You don't need to walk the same path as everyone.

Average people take the average path.

If you're reading this

I know you don't want to be average.
Fixing your mindset is EVERYTHING.

If your mindset is broken,

Everything will be broken.

Mindset is the starting point for everyone.

My personal suggestion?

Get fit.

Fitness will open up your mind and show you that putting in consistent effort + showing up yields results.
If you're insecure and wanting success out of fear,

You need to fix that.

It can be a great short-term driver, but it's not something that's sustainable.

You will find that the very thing you are chasing is elusive and out of grasp.

Fix your foundations.

Find your "why."
