But hey they represent their constituents quite well and isn't that what political parties are meant to do?

If you're not a NZer, basically:

- the leader of the opposition Simon Bridges had to step down because he talked shit about Jacinda and the coalition government's Covid19 response

- they elected an unknown white guy called Todd Muller to leader who had a maga hat in his office in his first interview then he filled his cabinet with white people and pissed off every blood-sucking leech who had clawed their way into the top 10

- he falsely claimed one of the mediocre white men in his top friends was Māori, after he demoted Māori MP Paula Bennett
- 'Paula Benefit' is a heartless MP who grew up poor but hates poor people now
- she told a NZ comedian's Facebook fans she resigned before she told Muller

- irrelevant mediocre white man Michael Woodhouse got data on Covid19 patients and leaked it via PR hack Michelle Boag to try undermine the govt
- the national party and Michelle have done a lot of dirty leaks before and tried to feign innocence but they're too stupid

- Muller did jack shit about Woodhouse leaking confidential data and knew about it and Michelle Boag's involvement before it was publicised
- after lasting 53 days in leadership, he resigned citing mental health, to loads of sympathy for being an unqualified white man

- the new leader is Judith "Crusher" Collins who is the ultimate right wing white woman politician: hates every marginalised group except for rich ethnics and loves austerity
- she is "sick of being demonised for being white" and calls herself a WOC, the colour being white

- Muller's 2ic was Nikki Kaye, who was demoted in the latest leadership vote
- She comfortably held the Auckland Central seat for 12 years for national
- her campaign advisor was Michelle Boag, who resigned from the campaign because of the leaks
- Nikki Kaye has just resigned

- Judith Collins & Michelle Boag are co-conspirators - Judith Collins is heavily referenced in whistleblowing book Dirty Politics which outlined the corruption of the national party when in power
- in Crusher Collins' first day, 2 senior women resigned, Amy Adams following Nikki.

- NZ's election is less than 6 weeks away, and the national party has had 3 leaders in 3 months, shaking their image as a party of stability with MPs more stubborn than bird shit on a windscreen
- Nats are polling horrifically because of their attacks on the govt about covid19

- the NZ Greens have released thorough and progressive policy which includes a poverty action plan and a climate crisis plan, that national incorrectly did the maths on to try undermine
- Greens MP Chloe Swarbrick is standing for AKL central, and seems to have a clear win now

- Chloe has youth voters and hipster middle aged folks on her side, and she's also pushed for the decriminalisation of marijuana referendum which is going to be included on the election ballot in September
