Who are Auxillary Nurses? These are trained non academic professionals that work integrally in assisting the qualified nurse in their specific operations..

Apparently research revealed to us that they were being trained by qualified Medical Doctors in private hospitals across the nation, though the ministry ain’t in support and as well don’t want them but their roles in hospitals can’t be overlooked

Yes I agreed there are not academically qualified but health care system still need their part to be played in the system..... It is a pity on them to be paying huge amount of money to the doctors for training with hardened discipline from them and at the end they got nothing

Meanwhile these doctors are the most beneficiaries of the concept because they train them, collect huge amounts of money while training, they use them as well for 3years above as workers without payment just to cover them for employing qualified nurses

I’m actually not backing the Auxillary up but to all the doctors outside them training them to stop if truly they are quack and not needed..... it is so inhuman if they keep collecting huge amount of money from them while they know that the concept ain’t legal

If it is illegal then they should stop it and encourage them to train academically..... The same doctors gathered to rule out their mission and they are the same collecting money from them and training them as well.... inhumanity and hypocrisy in disguise
