Ok let's look in it.....

1. The police call said it was one SUV out there and they were arguing inside the SUV. So Meg, Kelsey and Tory were arguing.

2. There were 4 gun shots coming from the same SUV and at least one hit Meg.

3. Meg caption said the experience helped her learn how to protect her energy aka watch who she keeps around her?

4. So Tory had a gun, all of them were arguing, gun shots came from their car, they were the only ones out there and Meg said she needs to watch who shes around.

5. No reports of bullet holes on the outside of the SUV which means nobody was shooting at them so Tory wasnt bussing back.

This may be a reach but I've come to the conclusion Tory is the one that shot Meg.

The only thing throwing my theory off is that Meg still follows Tory but that doesnt mean too much.
