I will try to ease everyone's mind a little about the #Ohio Dewine #COVID19 presser. From what I am told, this will largely be educational. The desire will be to explain taht 4 weeks ago FL, TX & AZ were at the same positivity rate that we are now (we also know that 1/3

rate is flawed by faulty counting and the the presence of migrant worker populations but I digress) and that we must act personally & collectively responsible to slow the spread. Our actions will determine our destiny. No closures, no mandates, mostly an appeal that we do 2/3

this right so those things aren't necessary.

Personally I think Dewine knows his political capital & public trust is near gone and is trying to prevent people from widespread upheaval due to the color coded system which seems to be a disaster, but hey, this is good news. 3/3
