1. Debt.
The first thing you should do, is to eliminate your consumer debt.
Because that sh*it will plague your mental being like the things you did back in high school.
Debt should not control your happiness and make you miserable.

To help you get rid of your debt, i recommend developing an elimination plan.
This requires you to list out your debts and arrange them in
order from smallest balance at the top to largest at the bottom.

Then you focus on the debt at the top and when the first
amount is paid, then take the total amount you were paying and
adding that to the minimum payment of the next largest debt.
This will create a snowball effect and make you get rid of debt faster.

2. Saving.
When you've paid off all your debt, you will be able to save more money up.
Why save up?
Well, because you'll need them when you have a rainy day.
And trust me, you'll have one, everyone has.
Better to be prepared for it, than regretful.

To save your money, it requires you to live below your means.
A lot of people live in a fairytale were they're living
a life they can't afford. Don't be that person.
Create a budget and live below your means.

I recommend saving enough money, so that you're able to
provide for yourself for at least 12 months.
That's because a 9-5 isn't bulletproof, and in a blink of an eye you could be fired. Be prepared.
Anything that can happen, will happen.

3. Investing.
When you have enough money saved up, then begin to invest
in assets that will generate you more income while doing nothing.
Multiple income streams will make you resilient, if you happen to loose your job.

Here's a list of assets you can invest in:
- Real estate.
- Your own business.
- Dividend paying stocks.
These are just the tip of the iceberg, there's endless
opportunities to make more money.
You'll just have to take chances instead of wasting them.
