Friends, yesterday I was made aware of issues within the @SeaOfThieves community regarding toxic players and abuse. Some people are choosing to stop streaming SoT to show that toxicity isn't welcome in our gaming spaces, I support them and their feelings.

As many of you know from being long-time viewers of the stream, or following me on twitter for a while, I have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment and toxicity. I find it abhorrent and am vocal about it. There's hours of footage documenting incidents where it's happened to me.
But yet, I'm still here. I refuse to be pushed out of games and hobbies I love because of toxicity.
I do not believe that leaving the game will work because it forces the people who are decent, who are good, out of communities and allows the toxicity to fester unchecked.

With my stream I have a platform to promote positivity and good, honest sportsmanship between players, to show the harassers and bullies that they will not be tolerated here.
I am in no way diminishing what people have gone through, and I hate that they have had to deal with it.

Basically what I'm saying is, I'm gonna stick around and do what I can in whatever way I can to make everyone's gaming spaces a better, safer, happier place to be. And if you're a dickhead? You're out. Plain and simple. I've got a big mouth, and a bigger boot. No tolerance.
For every time we see a dickhead, just remember there's 3 guys who have just started playing the game that are just really hyped that someone's talking to them. I want to make a space where those people come back again, where they feel safe and happy. And I believe we can do it.
But this does not absolve @RareLtd and the @SeaOfThieves community teams. You HAVE to step up and back up the community. We cannot fix things without your help.
Just want to clarify something, I don't want my words to be used to pressure people into staying in an environment that is unsafe.
