“I hope that you are satisfied with my efforts to investigate your complaint.” what efforts? @CVSHealth took almost four months to get back to me as well as investigated the employees FOUR months later. who is going to remember every possible detail? who is going to want to be

truthful FOUR months later? employees, especially BLACK EMPLOYEES, are never taken seriously. you guys are apart of the problem and i can’t wait to wreck havoc on the 1241 Lexington Ave Branch :)
