#FundraisingTwitter what's the one role/team/org in your career that you look back most fondly on? And what was it that made it so special?
I'm working on team culture and ways of working and keen to hear other's experiences and what can shape these positive experiences...

For me, F2F was special because of the feeling we were all in it together, there were clear and reasonable targets, you had direct conversations with supporters which kept you inspired and you were free to test and learn to your heart's content!

And on the office side it was definitely ActionAid UK. The CEO was open, authentic and approachable, you felt surrounded by high-performers wherever you looked, it was a genuinely caring and supportive charity and we were great at celebrating victories and learning from failures
