1) How many are asking the question why did #arcm agree an exclusivity agreement and why with Anglo? They’ve not got other assets in the area and didn’t make my top 5 list

2) Perhaps with NIck previously working at Anglo he was able to have a more frank discussion about what they’d need to do for #arcm to agree a deal.
BOD have expressed before their preference for a deal to be at an equity stake at company level rather than farm out.

3) benefit of equity stake is we continue to control the project and development speed and equally share the benefit of discovery.
Majors often want farm outs in which they take controlling interest and upside is much more limited

4) If Anglo were open to this type of deal it would certainly explain why #arcm have granted them exclusivity.
Such a deal would need to produce suitable capital to significantly increase the exploration work being done. $20m is not an unrealistic figure.

5) At recent MC it would be very hard for Anglo to justify taking a minority stake in #arcm for $20m!
I think ideally we wouldn’t want to give away 20% equity. That means MC would need to be $80m before Anglo injected $20m for $20% of the company.

6) now the market knows a Major is serious about #arcm it will hopefully start to provide fair value for the work they’ve done.
I’ve previously posted about the CE oxide deposit and importance of met results. Whilst not large its at surface,

7) New discoveries at Fwiji & muswena will also add value to #arcm showing mineralisation at multiple sites. All eyes on the drill this season!!
8) #arcm now have a significant number of warrants and options at 3p largely on the hands of the BOD and family offices. When SP is comfortably above this level conversion of these will help get nearer to an $80m MC. Warrant conversion is good, don’t be scared of it!!
9) We also have funds watching and even the Swedish Teachers pension funds in already (rare for funds to position at lower MC).
When #arcm MC increases to a level funds are allowed to buy this is fresh buying power. This will further help increase SP/MC

10) More seasoned resource investors know there is a point in which companies seriously re-rate. Often with major involvement and funds buying in.
Drill needs to do the taking and metallurgical tests need time be good at CE. If they are positive re-rate could be huge #arcm
