Today, we highlight Sheila's work with Ensibuuko for the past 4.5 years in different capacities. In her COO role, Sheila oversees our core operations and prioritizes- 1/

- resource allocation for multiple projects. For example, she is passionate about #cropinsurance and digitization of rural financial institutions like #VSLAs for communities without access to banks. 2/

She also works closely with Ensibuuko's board and senior managers to ensure that all our products put customers in the best position to succeed.We particularly celebrate Sheila for the excellence she brings to her work: smartness, honesty, and candidness! 3/
