so there& #39;s a new law:
1) it prohibits changing birth certificates for transgender people, and it also means that transgender people who have already changed their birth certificate will need to replace it back

2) now they can ask for your birth certificate when you want to get married so that means the person who change their passport after the transition won& #39;t be able to get married because now, according to them, it& #39;s & #39;a same-sex marriage& #39; which is illegal in russia

3) now all existing marriages that already involve transgender people the law recognises as "same-sex" so that means they aren& #39;t valid anymore. this applies to all transgender people who change their documents during the transition.
4) also the new law says that same-sex marriages that were performed in other countries aren& #39;t valid anymore. for everyone, not only for trans people
5) people who performed a same-sex marriage in another countries can& #39;t be guardians of children anymore

BUT WE CAN CHANGE THIS they haven& #39;t passed this law yet so we can help with signing petitions and i& #39;ll try to add as many as i can find
