all i know about the owner is that heâs jacked, has a jeep and a beard, and is always mf traveling japan w his co owner eating and not doing jack with bizness at his stores

anyway the amount of times the ((past)) manager has almost made me cry when i was like 16 & 17 to do a bunch of shit competitively with a bunch of other 18-20 year olds ?? for ?? NOODLES??
itâs sorta directly competitive like if u r good at ur current position ur SUPPOSED to move up and i only moved up ONCE after like 2 months of working there , whereas my supervisors friend started work there like 4 months after i started and made her way up the ladder
within like 2~3 months ? iâm pretty sure she didnât rlly work in a diff restaurant before she told me she used to do like volunteer work- but anyway she went from our like 10/hr to 17 within that time? where iâve been stuck at 12 for like 10 months?
no hate to her bc she was cool but like ? cmon. nepotism .
anyway the way they wanted us to move up was to be able to explain in detail everything about our job, and a test or whatever from what i heard . never heard it directly. i could ask for a promotion but i would definitely not get it bc there r other employees
that management is friends with and will give those shifts to & also they prob need the money more than me, but still ? idk anyway itâs like 3 am so iâm going to sleep

he died like RIGHT before christmas and literallt we were not financially or emotionally ready and literally everything was a mess- some businesses were closed and hard to reach for things like catering, the reception , everything
my gramps said hes been preparing money for years and had some saved up for his own funeral and shit but my man had $700 ,, and later on we found out he had secret accounts
