Lindelöf is statistically the best defender in ground in Europe's top 5 leagues in ground & ranks 1st in least dribbled past & highest tackle success rate of 92% among CBs of Europe's top 5 leagues.

Lindelöf weak in the air is nothing more than a myth. Just because he isn't as good as Magurie in the air doesn't mean he is weak. Lindelöf averages 2.7 airel wins with 62% success rate which is higher than highly rated CBs Laporte, Koulibaily, Gomez, Varane, Ramos.

Maguire (4.6) lies in the category with VanDjik (5)& Matip (5.2) who are 3 best CBs in the air in Europe's top 5 leagues and no other CBs come closer to these 3 so saying Lindelöf is very weak in the air by comparing Lindelöf to Maguire based on air is not fair.

Lindelöf is superior than Ake in ground, air & when playing the ball. Ake is bit faster than Lindelöf. Except for pace he is a downgrade on Lindelöf. CB partnership need pace but not that badly so that Ake should be brought to displace Lindelöf.

One of the best airel abilities
One of the best ground duel winning ability.
Ball playing ability.

Pace is sometimes not everything in CB pairing. Laporte & Stones won the Premier League & Pique & Puyol won Champions League in Pep's high defensive line system.None of them are rapid quick players. #mufc also have rapid quick & excellent defensive fullbacks to cover them.
