I'm super fuckin pissed at what happened with the ubisoft forward event. First I had to wake up around 3-4 am the other day to participate the live stream of said event (I don't really hate this part tho since timezones are natural jackasses that we can't do shit about) 1/5
Then the livestream needed me to log in my account but I couldn't which I first thought it was a problem on my end but turns out it wasn't. (I even reset my password because of that lol) When I looked at twitch and youtube stream 2/5
The chat was being flooded with people not being able to log in, so as a result I got annoyed since I was also cranky at the time (I mean who doesn't get cranky at 4am after waking up) 3/5
So I thought I wouldn't get the drops of the stream but then they put up a method to claim the stream drops, which of course I did. I logged in to their website to claim the rewards and I thought I was good but checking my uplay I was wrong 4/5
I logged in my uplay via launcher this time and went to my games, low and behold the free watch dogs 2 that I claimed, remind you, is not there. So here we are with me being ire, annoyed, frustrated, and sad 5/5
See the reason why I am feeling like that is because I really like/ love watch_dogs. The game is what got me really hooked with techno-babble stuff, I mean I'm not the brightest in this category but I'm invested in it.
Watch_Dogs Legion sucked me back to the franchise since imo the gameplay is really cool. I thought that maybe being able to play Watch_Dogs 2 could get me even more hype for Legion.
Another reason why I feel those emotions is because my friends were able to get the game so it kinda feels like I've been left out. With quarantine still around it's the best way imo to hang out with them (especially since we both have shared interests).
You would probably think "why not just buy the game", you are right I could probably buy the game but by the time I could buy it Legion either would be released or close to release. So why buy it? Some would also probably think "why not pirate it?", dude that ain't cool...
But yeah other than that the content of the stream was quite good. Assassin's Creed Valhalla seems promising ngl.
I just realized this thread seems like I'm begging for the game to be free again... Sorry if that's the vibe it gave, I was just really frustrated (and still am). But ummm.... yeah hopefully for the people who got the game and the other rewards ye get to enjoy that
