FOLA'S STORY.

Running his hand through his hair, Fola was displeased. This was the fourth time it was happening in less than two week.
Fola, a final year student in his school and the son of a senior lecturer in private university in Nigeria was a respected womanizer.
Him coming home with ladies was a common sight in his lodge. A tall, well groomed, athletic bodied brown skin boy, with a voice to match his physique, getting the girls wasn't the problem. His problem was what happened in the room.

What to do.
Drinking is not prohibited, however, moderation is recommended. Drink not more than 2 bottles of beer at that joint, once a week, and less carb drinks from that shop. And whenever you drink, always drink water after. Drink a lot of water. And coffee too. It helps.
3. Junk Food.
This one no be news.
Stay away from junk food as much as possible. One of the many health downsides of junks is also diminished sexual performance.
What to do.
Eat healthy. Maintain a balance diet and avoid oily and fatty foods. Engage fruits more often. Watermelons, carrots, cucumbers just to mention a few, are very helpful. If possible, make vegetable salads a meal to you.
4. Rest.
Create time for adequate rest. Machine wey work suppose rest. And as the saying goes, body no be firewood.

What to do.
Plan your day, and stay dedicated to your planning. Spend enough time sleeping. A good sleep can never be overemphasized.
5. Exercise.
You do not need to be buff to show you exercise. Make out time for basic home work out plans. These help you stay in good shape, physically, mentally as well as sexually.
Google Kegel exercise and try to do it as often as possible.
6. Ensure you see a doctor.
While these tips are the basic healthy steps to get you in form, visiting a doctor is not out of place. See a doctor so tests may be conducted to know if the problem is more than lifestyle issue.
