This is where it all begins!!! Iliki (cardamom) is the satr of this dish, and I chose to use just that but you can use any other warm spice or combination of warm spices you fancy
Mash your bananas. Remember the spottier the bananas are the better they shall be for this. Incase you have a large batch of bananas that you cannot consume in one sitting, peel, wrap with cling film and freeze and next you need them, thaw and use.
Whisk the eggs and sugar until pale yellow and frothy. In another bowl, mix the dry ingredeints and now with everything done, we move on and combine
Add everything into your bowl and mix it all up. Make sure your butter is molten but not how so that the eggs do not scramble and get messed up.
Batch at a time and pole pole these beauties are coming together. Look at how beautiful these look!
