Tom, as the subject matter expert, took us through the first 6 principles from http://gettingresults.com/cheat-sheet-12-core-practices/ with slides presented in @RealtimeBoard and detailed source material in his @RoamResearch zettelkasten
We each did a deep dive into the source material, recording our facts, analogies and strategies and then took turns doing "teachbacks" on each of the principles. We worked in timed pomodoros then had quick breaks in between.
