Folks, are you listening?

Some counties are asking teachers to sign a release of liability to go back to school. What does that tell you? They want to be released from being liable when people get sick and when people die.
The Governor wants to come back to special session to pass legislation so workers can’t sue bosses when they get sick or die.
They know school staff will get sick and some will die. They don’t care. (Some care but are too afraid to stand up to a bullying county mayor and a bullying gov)
They know children will get sick, some will have lifetime complications, and some will die.

Children’s Hospital testing results have seen positives in children go from 1% to 6% in a short time.
What in the hell does KCS mean by bringing kids into the building? This is the most ignorant, reckless, and heartless thing I have ever seen.
I will clarify that I am hearing this from teachers in various counties, I have not seen a waiver. I have heard it is being discussed in county legal departments. It is being done in other states. Gov Lee is planning on doing it broadly as a bill in special session.
If you are a teacher in Greene County and have a copy of a waiver, I would sure like to see it.
