And that’s really the thing; Viacom severing ties with Nick wasn’t even really about “Wildin’ Out,” Nick is a Nickelodeon EXECUTIVE. He was the CHAIRMAN of TeenNick.

The last thing I’m gonna say, for now, on the Nick/Griff topic is this: we can’t demand greater accountability from media for coded language and offenses covered with “that wasn’t my intent” and then turn around and practice the same...

We’re just as responsible for knowing the sources of rhetoric we’re repeating (like DeSean) and for rethinking sh*t we’re saying. For doing our own reaearch. Like a previous RT said, there’s no reason for our liberation to have even HINTS of anti-semitism.
