in summary, bob kellar says that he is against ALL immigration, dehumanizes undocumented immigrants by calling them illegals (and says he KNOWS this is offensive), calls homeless people “hobos,” and says all blm protesters are rioters and looters who just want free stuff.
bob kellar also said he was feeling “under the weather” and conveniently left the meeting right before public participation comments. he is a racist and a coward.
