HEY FRIENDS - We’ve been seeing many Instagram stories floating around with false info about Joe. While these posts always ultimately conclude that we must vote for Joe despite a series of inaccurate attributions listed, you are doing more harm than good!

Not only is spreading false information about Joe exactly what Team Trump would want, but we should be focusing on his historically progressive platform and previous impactful contributions to our nation.

As our friends get their news from social media, it’s our responsibility to only put out accurate information — especially when the future of America is at stake. When you post something false about Joe, your followers may believe it’s true and won’t research any further.

Trust us, we hold our candidate and elected officials accountable when necessary. That’s our job as voters, activists, and advocates. However, sharing incorrect info is not the right way to go about it. It’s unhelpful, problematic, and frankly uncool.

So hear us out: next time you see one of those aesthetically pleasing graphics with “settle for Biden” messages, question it. Research it. Read about the information presented from a variety of sources on all parts of the political spectrum.
