your name- your name written in your language. i did surname first, then given name, since that is what& #39;s customary in Japan (afaik hehe) should be in full-width

phonetic- your name spelled in kana, should be in full-width, and should only be 10 characters per box (i removed my second name for this, so I had to remove it in the "your name" part as well to match)

fill out email address twice, mobile phone number (tried my PH number but there& #39;s an error, so I used my JP number), and password.
be careful of typing the password bec its not censored lol

input your japan address. for the talk show, japan address is not really needed but it& #39;s required for registration.
suggestion: you can sign up at http://tenso.com"> http://tenso.com so you can get a JP address. tenso is a forwarding service for japan products
