The OGH staff say so many die in a day that trollies fall short to shift to mortuary, many die before their COVID samples sent for testing even return. Doctors can't give the body away without the results because a wrong disposal may lead to more spread of the virus.
Two of the dead bodies left in the ward among 10-12 other patients. A packed ward,with poor ventilation and no social distancing. If one even comes here without COVID chances are that they would get it it as there is no breathing space between patients packed like sardine
Osmania General Hospital is like a black hole not acknowledged or equipped for its fight against COVID 19.
You won't even see it mentioned in pressers or bulletin but all critical suspects land here and struggle with limited resources. Listen to what this attendant had to say-

Why?
You can spot how the family of the deceased have placed flowers beside the bed, in the hope to give some dignity and take them back. If testing and treatment is slow for the living, testing is non existent for the dead.
