2/n: This includes immigration laws that applied to HK. HK will no longer be treated as a foreign state separate from the PRC, HK will no longer be allotted separate visa limits. Preferences for HK passport as compared to PRC passports will also be eliminated.
3/n: Export licensing exceptions and suspensions for sensitive and defense technologies are also revoked. Exports and reexports to HK will be treated the same as those to the PRC and transfers within the PRC.
4/n: Notice is also given to HK to suspend agreements for the surrender of fugitive offenders and the transfer of sentenced persons between the US and HK. This is likely an outcome of the extraterritoriality of the #NSL.
