I've talked to tenants in ctries x the world whose lives have been ruined by Blackstone. Many have been forced out of their homes cuz BS raises the rent to get more capital and make more profits. Black + brown ppl in US are particularly affected. Watch: @Push_TheFilm ....2/3

I heard, for eg, that the University of Colorado law school rejected an endowment from Blackstone. It was a principled pstn. They didn't want to be associated w/ a company whose biz model depends on making housing unaffordable
