this song started as a remix from one of orlando songs. joel sent the remix by orlando and orlando got hooked. but the controversy started when orlando wanted almost all of the revenue from the remix when it got released, in which, joel disagreed to deal with
because it's unfair to his side. after the disagreement with the budget deal. joel removed all of the samples from the remix and remake it to which is known as "A City In Florida" joel credited orlando as one of co-writers. that made orlando pissed
and make a comeback track that joel laughed at.
