I'm finally watching this insane Rose Garden address in which Trump lists off actions he claims hurt China that almost all aid China directly/indirectly, which is consistent with the fact that his rhetoric never matches his actions and he's seeking Chinese aid to get re-elected.

The Trump-China scandal that is coming is larger in scope than the Trump-Russia scandal, because one of the consequences of it was 135,000+ dead Americans.

No wonder Trump is trying to preemptively associate Biden with China and corruption in China. He knows what he (Trump) did.

Trump is hoping you'll forget he publicly asked for and then privately received alleged Biden dirt (all innocuous or manufactured) from Beijing.

He also—in November 2019—ignored intel on a virus emerging in China for the sake of a trade deal he told Xi would win him re-election.

It is obscene—truly obscene—that Trump rambled in the Rose Garden for an hour about Biden and China, when he should be spending every day thanking American media for not covering the myriad ways in which he sold out his country to China for some trademarks for himself and Ivanka.

You would think a man with far more corrupt (and far greater in number) contacts in China than in Moscow would avoid bringing China into election discourse altogether, but perhaps he believes his dirty deals with China are going to come out either way—and is preempting that news.

Every word Trump says on China is a lie. He says his China order was "very strict" and "stopped" travel. But he knows that about half of America has seen the NYT reporting confirming that the loopholes Trump left in the order led to *40,000 people* coming from China *post-order*.

There were too many lies in Trump's Rose Garden ramble to fact-check and media should not seriously try to—they should just not show it live nor release clips from the event, informing viewers instead that the address was propaganda and, in practical terms, almost entirely false.
