Tell me about a time that you walked into a room and were visibly in the minority (eg by race/gender).

How did it make you feel? Did you stay? Were you more or less likely to come back?

The game night nearest me is often 1-2 women w 10+ guys. It feels...off. Feeling noticed for my difference. Wondering if women have come and not returned *for a reason.* If I didn't have a limited budget & an insatiable desire for ALL THE GAMES I probably wouldn't have returned.

Most playtest events are improving but far from gender parity. I have trouble articulating how it feels.

Always a small but noticeable tug in the back of my mind.

Sometimes outright being ignored or talked down to.

I want help explaining it to ppl who haven't experienced it.
