Solely blaming individuals for Covid is a trap that allows our government to get away w/ murder. If a bar is open, it's more than understandable some would take that as an ok to go to it. It is a time to collectively demand shutdowns, testing, tracing and UBI until this is over

A lot of people are getting it at work, home, in prison, in nursing homes and other unavoidable situations. Schools are gonna be a nightmare. There are individual dumb choices for sure but we are still in this mess bc capitalism is prioritized over human life at every level.

I'm not saying it's a good idea to go to bars. I do not go to bars. I'm saying there are a whole lot of mixed messages and bad information coming from up top and I do not blame people for coming to different conclusions as they try to parse through it.
