"Spur the construction of 1.5 million sustainable homes and housing units." Where? In walkable areas or on the fringe, driving up transportation costs and GHG emissions and generating congestion. Will just the building be sustainable or will the location be sustainable too?

"Ensure that environmental justice is a key consideration in where, how, and with whom we build [and] righting wrongs in communities that bear the brunt of pollution..." Does that involve highway takedowns? How does this impact item #1?

"Transforming our crumbling transportation infrastructure – including roads and bridges, rail, aviation, ports, and inland waterways..." Just as long as we make clear that putting more money into existing programs *does not* accomplish this.

"Sparking the second great railroad revolution." Fantastic! No question, but a comment. I'd love to see a concerted effort to restart Gulf Coast service that was cancelled due to Hurricane Katrina — in 2005.
