4) No mention of how the 600 pts are doing in the ph 2 trial; 5) safety concerns-adverse side effects-are actually high (if this weren't so deadly to older people, some would care; unclear if pple wil take it anyway - 2 doses are hard) 6) 45 patients is the new critical mass now?
