Lack of PPE. Need adequate supplies to assume every sick visit is a child with COVID.
Lack of testing. Without an accurate rapid 15 minute test differentiating flu from COVID from rhinovirus is impossible.

Return to school/daycare. Which kids can go back in 24 hours, which one in 2 weeks?
Space. How many offices can segregate well and sick kids when there will be so many sick kids?

Vaccines. We really need kids to get them. Especially flu, pertussis, and measles. The last thing we need is multiple infectious disease outbreaks at one time.
