twitter is where i critique western imperialism, esp. the u.s. empire. if you want my nuanced takes on the targets of u.s. empire, you gotta talk to me irl or if you’re a fed, you’ll have to collect my metadata.

but 99% of the time, i refrain from voicing such takes on this app.

i do that b/c the primary contradiction we’re wrestling with in the imperial core is the united states empire.

imho, critiques of the u.s.’s enemies—esp. those practicing socialism [or what the target state’s ppl may regard as socialism]—often redounds to the u.s.’s benefit.

i’m not without criticisms of venezuela, vietnam, pre-coup bolivia, the dprk, china, cuba, etc., i’m just *very* conscientious about how & where i express them.

once i put my critiques of them up here on this bird app, they’re fotter for the western imperialists.

so, i don’t “stan” any state, i just consciously combat western slander + lies about targeted states the best way ik.

it may be imperfect & at times, it *may* lead to an overly positive impression of targeted states but it’s effective for countering imperialist propaganda.

people are fine to disagree with my how i move about those issues, but i’m explaining why i do what i do.
