And then they loop in your editors like they& #39;re going to get you fired or something. Sir, you came at me in a nasty way. Come on, now.
Most of the time, my issue is not with the criticism itself, but the way people go about offering it. People pretty much think it& #39;s OK to insult us and yell at us, but we& #39;re not supposed to say anything in an effort to remain professional.

No. You will be read for filth.
The point is that it& #39;s totally OK for you to offer criticism and comments, but don& #39;t let your message get lost in your nasty and condescending tone.

Also, don& #39;t expect us to stand by and allow you to talk to us like we& #39;re children.
