Not a dermatologist but if you’re getting this:
1. Wash your face with a gentle cleanser 2x per day (or 1x at night, and in the morning use micellar water)
2. Drink plenty of h2o and brush your teeth 3-4x per day (keep mouth bacteria down)
3. Change your mask as often as you can https://twitter.com/abc7news/status/1283040095801614337
4. Keep your mask in a clean place... don’t put it down just anywhere
5. Tighten it a little if it’s too loose and there’s friction
6. Loosen it a little if it’s too tight and too much moisture is building up
7. Wipe your face down or go ahead and wash and moisturize right when you get home (again- if you have dry skin, try micellar water and cotton pads)
8. You may be allergic or sensitive to your laundry detergent or dryer sheets.. your facial skin is super sensitive so if you have a reusable mask, try washing it with a gentle/scent free detergent and air drying/drying without dryer sheets
