2/ Both stylists were masked during all interactions w/ clients.

98% of clients who agreed to be interviewed (104 people) said they wore masks the entire time (the other few wore them most of the visit).

25% reduced capacity in indoor waiting area as well.
3/ Limitations
-not all clients agreed to PCR testing (72/139 did not), but all were contacted and followed for 14 days--> none reported developing any symptoms

-they did not trace clients who were exposed in the "pre symptomatic" period to these stylists

-PCR offered x1 only
4/ My biggest take-aways from this:

-masks are critical, especially indoors (we have known this)

-reducing indoor capacity/minimizing crowding key

-household transmission is serious (Stylist A infected husband who lived w/ her + her kids + roommate who all lived separately)
