Big big milestone this morning!

I officially hit 100lbs lost since beginning transition and HRT! Its not the end of my goals.I still have a bit to go. But I figured it was a good point to stop and reflect
Id also like to point out first that while this was what I wanted, and what I needed for my health and happiness. Everyone is different and everyone is valid and absolutely beautiful.

What is right for everyone is diffrent. And I love every last one of you.
I won't really go into specific diets or exercise, because there again everyone is unique, what was right and worked for me, may not work for somone else. Sufficeded to say. The basics are always the basics consume less than you burn and getting out and moving in some simple way
Below is me in early March first day day of HRT vs me this morning. Starting point 372lbs. Today at 271.

Even at almost 40, its never to late to make changes for yourself. ( im talking both the fitness and transition, and pending career change) its been quite the journey.
