So today are first 4 people @tartaregalway were four foreigns: two Germans who landed yesterday and two Spanish people who have live in Galway. We have one member of staff to check all this while serving everyone else and asking everyone where they are from. The German 1/3

Tourists were obviously not taking quarantine seriously. We also had two Americans in who after enquiry turned out to libe in Ireland. We are running at 50% capacity and trying to serve food and coffee not a check system for self-quarantining. It is socially irresponsible of 2/3

The government to continue to allow people to fly in while not policing quarantine. We do not have the capacity to do this for every customer as they can always lie. If this continues expect a second wave and more closures of restaurants and cafés 3/3

We will continue to police and refuse people who are not quarantining but we can only go on their word for most part. We simply don't have the power to go into a in depth enquiry other than get them to fill out a form and hopefully they tell truth.
