How Arsenal can approach the upcoming transfer window with no EL?

Our deadwood players with less transfer values are Mustafi,Sokratis,Kolasinac and one of either Holding or Chambers. We are unlikely to get big transfer fees so I am approximating atleast 30 million. These guys would free up 320k of wages(approx)

Then lets move on to our assets. We have 3 right backs going into the new season. So we might sell either Bellerin or AMN. However Arteta has expressed his admiration for Bellerin so we can rule that out

Next assets are Guendouzi and Torreira neither of whom fit Arteta's system. These guys are young and have a very good market value. We can get atleast 60 million minimum from these players. Its not that we will suffer as they are replacable

The only sellable player from our attack would be Lacazette. We can get 30 million from him. That would free up 120 million in transfer fees and 500k in wages which would give us good room to work with in the market

Signings!
Partey for 45 million for being the base in our midfield. Fast,physical and good on the ball he would provide attributes our midfield has lacked for a long time

Upamecano for 40 million: May not be the finished article but there are no better options now to improve us

He might make errors but that is due to his inexperience. If we want the ideal center back it's Koulibaly which will never happen. Upamecano might be the best choice for us as he will add much needed pace to our defence to prevent counter attacks.

Buendia:For 25 million we cant get a better player than him. Prem proven and he is one of the best itl. He can play as a half 8/number 10. Only 24 years of age as well. Only KDB,Grealish and Maddison have created more chances than him and he is doing it in a Norwich side

Now we have used up our 120 million which we got from player sales.

Our next target should be Malang Sarr. 21 years of age,left footed,can play LB and CB. Can be used in a back 3. Perfect. And for a free. Cant get better really!

Then we move on to a new winger. Depay should be the prime target as he is 26, entering into his prime, already played at a high level. Proven goalscorer for club and country. He will allow us to play Auba at striker. All of this available for just 20 million

Then we have to extend the loan of Dani Ceballos and would have to buy another half 8. The guy who we should be aiming for is Szobozlai but he might be off to Milan. So we might have to do with ESR or Willock. We could play a midfield 3 of Partey, Ceballos and Buendia.

The net spend would only 10 million. It can vary depending on the money we would sell the players for. Plus there is always room for more signings. Suggest those below!

If you think I am playing career mode, I got the player values of players we are selling from Transfermarkt(which I reduced due to the pandemic).
