"The First Black _______" is a direct call out to how systematically oppressive our society and industry are. We& #39;re literally counting instances of undoing the fabric of this, while recognizing all of the chips stacked agaisnt us collectively.

1. Expound on how you arrived at such a place of hiring the first Black photographer after decades of covers.
2. Provide actionable next steps on how you will you continue to stand by underrepresented image makers in art / media.
