Alright, so after digging into many meditation books and reflecting on non-duality, I present to you my summary of

The Four Naljors of Aro gTér

1/
Shi-né

End result: state of mindful presence without mental content

Practice: sit with your eyes almost closed, maintain mindfulness, if you find yourself 'doing' anything, let go

2/
Lhatong

End result: state of mindful presence with mental content

Practice: sit with your eyes open, focus on space, maintain mindfulness, if you find yourself 'doing' anything, let go

3/
Nyi-méd

End result: experiential discovery of mindful presence as being the ONLY experiential component that's always present in either state

Practice: cycle between states (end results) of shi-né and lhatong

4/
Lhundrüp

End result: off-cushion maintenance of the state of mindful, open presence

Practice: off-cushion maintenance of the state of mindful, open presence

And that's all there is to it, folks!

I couldn't find a complete set of instructions, all in one place, written in clear prose, without all the spiritual and poetic metaphors, so I decided to do it myself.

All mistakes and errors are on me.
Use at your own risk.

You might also want to check out the notes I posted for each of the practices as replies to their respective tweets. They contain a few additional clarifications and descriptions that you will find useful (especially for lhatong!)

You know what, my description of the end result of nyi-méd has a wrong emphasis ('ONLY' is more in the style of Advaita). In dzogchen the important insight would be noticing the non-duality of emptiness and form, which is what's described in the notes for nyi-méd. My bad.

'Presence is the ONLY thing that stays constant throughout experience' is AFAIK one of the pointers that's used in Advaita non-dual traditions to point out your true Self as being awareness, which is stylistically and philosophically different from Buddhist ideas such as no-self.
Kinda.
