Lawyers for Daniel Lewis Lee, the man scheduled for execution first, immediately went back to the district court to ask for a new injunction on grounds not addressed in yesterday& #39;s order (which SCOTUS vacated)

It appears there was also some early morning legal wrangling by Lee& #39;s lawyers in the 8th Circuit, where he& #39;d been trying to renew ineffective assistance of counsel claims. The court denied Lee& #39;s petition for en banc review
