Maybe because of your position of comfort, you do not realise how the fuel pricing system is affecting business & livelihoods. Why is government buying fuel at US$0.90c & selling it at US$0.35, making US$0.55 loss per litre.

4/ If government stops buying ethanol from Billy, it will save USD13.2m per month, divide that by approximately 200 000 Civil servants, it will have at least USD660 added to the current 75 allowance to pay civil servants We can't talk of curbing corruption when civil servants...
