really fucking proud of myself for insisting on a formally documented exit interview at my almost former job to explicitly explain that I am leaving due to an environment that employed emotionally abusive tactics. while they profess to exist to end abuse/promote healing.

i did this not because i am obligated to share my pain and story in order for change to be needed or conviction to be felt by those in power but because they are in the midst of a layered effort to scaffold some sort of accountability system and/or have a reckoning
