ok guys so here's what i think abt the whole copyright song situation. sm has lost the copyright to the songs which means that nobody owns them now. which means the songs are basically afloat to where they can be used by ANYONE. kind of like the music u hear on the bg of yt +

videos. they are uncopyrighted and are there for the use of every user. this does not mean that the artists will not be able to perform these songs anymore. this just means that any group and any persons now are able to use this song w/o being sued for it. it can be used for +

sampling for other songs or others can claim it as their own :// which even still would be unbelievable if anyone tried. but i hope this helped if the rumors end up being true !

and + for anyone who doesn't know what is going on,, there is rumor that a producer at sm was fired for plagiarism and he produced the songs listed so sm has lost copyright to them.
