Traffic #alert: Demonstrators blocking the 1800 block of North Lombard Street. Drivers should seek alternate route.
Multiple warnings have been provided to vacate the street or be subject to arrest or force. At least one arrest has been made. Another arrest was attempted and others interfered and struggled with police to free the arrested subject.

There appears to be a lot of confusion in the crowd about an incident from 2 nights ago near the Federal Courthouse. PPB Officers were not involved in the incident resulting in a hospitalization of a demonstrator.
Officers have witnessed people in the area of N Lombard St/Campbell Ave throwing items on several occasions. One object was thrown and struck a construction worker. Anyone who throws items at community members or police are subject to arrest or citation.
Criminal conduct may subject you to arrest, citation or use of force including but not limited to riot control agents or impact munitions.
North Lombard Street is open to vehicular traffic. Those in the street need to move to the North sidewalk now. Those who remain in the street are subject to arrest. Warnings are being given via the sound truck.
Selective arrests being made on Lombard. Crowd started to move out of street and when officers returned to the sidewalk, people returned to the street. Lombard is open to vehicular traffic; get out of the street or you are subject to arrest, force, or munitions.
Someone tried to light a mattress on fire. Lighting fires and engaging in other criminal acts will subject you to arrest. Officers are making selective arrests.
A riot has been declared. Everyone needs to disperse immediately and leave to the East.
A tear gas warning has been given. Leave the area of Lombard and Campbell immediately.
The area between N Denver Ave to I-5 and Bryant to Farragut Avenues is closed .
Failure to disperse may subject you to tear gas or munitions. Leave the area immediately.

Many are not dispersing per the lawful order. They are subject to arrest, force, tear gas or impact weapons. Leave now!
To those on N Fenwick/Lombard, disperse to the North. This has been declared a riot and you are being ordered to disperse.
Members of the crowd are still not dispersing despite numerous orders to leave and opportunities to do so.
Some of the items thrown at officers include paint, ball bearings, and glass bottles, which are all criminal acts.
