Thank you to @LDBildy for coming onto my podcast! This is probably the most exciting one yet.

Here's what I took away from our conversation.

It may be time for an institutional divorce with absolutists (eg. SJWs). Provinces could have one guild for woke lawyers and another for liberal lawyers. This lets clients more easily choose who they want fighting for them too.

The state should be religiously and ideologically neutral, because individuals come to different visions of what the good life is.

Bildy thus critiques both the Social Justice movement, and the idea of transcendent justice which @caylanford talks about in episode 6.

Bildy criticizes @rhdefence's idea of just making our own communities.

You'll get fighting and wars (like the Italian City states), social control (like the Amish), and your kids may become SJWs. What then?

I suggested swapping them for liberal kids.

Parents, watch what your kids learn at school.

Bildy found that homeschooling worked (but make sure you know what you’re signing up for). Ideologues everywhere are threatened by a loss of control over young minds.

If anyone wealthy is listening this, please! We just need a few million dollars to start a new institution. Just do it. We need a place to nurture and conserve the ideals we cherish.

Maintain your digital hygiene, or else you won't be able to read books and articles.

Observe a 'social media' sabbath. Produce as well as consume. Argue with people you disagree with. Otherwise, you will become too emotionally fragile (I attest to this).

(Online) polarization leads us to ignore legitimate issues. We’re losing our care for root problems, of which only one solution is the SJW ideologue’s. Eg. police brutality.

People still need to help the marginalized!
