Starting with the meaning of XX which he explained himself “anything can be imagined” “it means that I did not define 12 songs with one meaning” Mino didn’t want to put any limitation on his music & let the audience freely find their own

The album got delayed many times. Early November Mino started doing self promo sporting pants he sewed himself with XX on it, even on his luggage & paper bag. Later on he made his own teasers with all the songs titles put together

He made his own motion video serving as unofficial teaser for XX

Mino self made motion teaser, this was back in October before YG released the official ones. Fans were tired of waiting & started making their own teasers followed by Mino releasing his own too, legendary

Fiancé is a fusion of trot & hiphop sampling a popular korean song from the 70s titled “soyang river woman”. Mino took a risk introducing a new genre & conquered the charts with a self produced album. The song was leaked on njttw prior to the release

Mino painted Fiancé MV set, its extremely rare to see that level of involvement especially in kpop but Mino is an artist fully dedicated to his craft

Mino also made his own stage prop for “HER”, one of XX b-sides that he performed on a music show, beautiful

XX is an album Mino poured his heart & soul into. No promo from YG yet he made his own teasers, stage outfits & props. He self produced everything & topped the charts w/ a non public friendly title track. He deserves all the recognition & credit for this
