Fun fact: Our horses were captured at Sony. The volume was enlarged just for this shoot. For safety, a layer of plywood and pretty much the ENTIRE current world’s supply of rubber matts were ordered for the floor. It arrived just days before shooting. #TheLastofUsPartII #horse

For all you experienced in equestrian jumping, you’re right that this wasn’t a clean landing. I’d ask that you don’t judge the rider's entire ability based on this one take. This was just the one I had shot on my phone and in retrospect not the best choice to post on twitter.

Both riders and horses were trained pros and gave us great motion to work with. We didn’t capture much in the way of jumping on this floor as the majority of our need was ground movement. Most of the vaults and jumps in the game were skillfully keyed by our own Laura Swartz.
